So, I'm sorry I haven't posted things in a while. I came down with a stomach virus that knocked me on my bum and I just didn't feel like it then. Anywho, I've got a few new things for you guys today, some skins, some winter and formal fashion as well as a freebie from me!

Up first I've got some skins, the first set is a new tone in the beautiful line called Mia from Idiosyncrasy, they've been released at the current Skin Fair. These stunning skins have 6 yummy make up options, not all shown, and one base makeup! I've been meaning to blog some more semi-warm outfits lately so I've picked two that I've been wearing off and on. The first one is a combination of Cupcakes clothing and Puddles accessories. The pin stripe pants and the brown sweater are from Cupcakes; the scarf, belt, bracelet and bag are from Puddles that also happen to be some of the latest dollarbies there. To finish off the outfit I've paired it all with some of my favourite boots from Tesla shoes and one of my favourite hair styles from Maitreya.Other Items:

Below is an outfit that I've worn more often lately, partly because I like the jacket design so much, I've never seen one like this before. It's got that tailored look with an edge to it, very classy yet still modern. The jacket and pin stripe pants are both from Cupcakes and the adorable black pumps are from Pixel Mode.

Ok, so I'm in the process of opening a store, hence why I've not posted anything new. However I had a little down time so I thought I'd get in a quick post before I open the store soon. Anywho, I wanted to showcase a few things I've found lately. The dress I am wearing is the latest release from Cupcakes. It comes in four different colour options and each one has several different colour combos. Right now each one is marked at 150L. The Witch hat that I've paired with this dress is currently a 10L hunt item at House Of Munster and it includes the hair (long version that you see). I'm not a big fan of sculpted long hair but I love this hat and hair! The hat is colour change as well as the hair. The bag that is shown in the picture is one of the lucky board gifts from :Sey:. Whisper Despres Tped me into the store to change the board for her and this is what I won. now I know it's a crime for me to say this but I'm also not a huge fan of bags in SL but I do make exceptions and this bad is certainly one of those exceptions! Now, the jewelry I have on, Necklace, Bracelet and mouth Piercings, can all be found at Otaku. I have been looking for nice facial piercings for a long time until I came across this store. I absolutely love Otaku, the jewelry is fantastic the tattoos are adorable and everything is reasonably priced. The Necklace and bracelet set is one of many things you can purchase with tokens from the Deader than you tour that is currently going on in SL! How it works is you buy selected items from participating stores and those items will have a certain number of tokens that you can use to buy, specially made for this event,items at any participating stores. The one I have shown is the Orange and Black version of the beaded necklace sets from Otkau. But you better hurry because this event ends on the 31st and those items will not be out again!

Hokay, so. My RL birthday was on the 5th of this month. I know a lot of people don't get too excited about their birthday anymore, especially when they hit the late 20's. Me, however, I do. I look forward to my birthday actually; It's in October, which is my favourite month, it's in the fall, which is my favourite season, and it's near halloween! You can't get much better than that...unless you're born around Christmas. Anyway, I got some awesome gifts this year from some of my good friends here in SL. They were such wonderful gifts that I wanted to share them and give credit to those who gave them to me. So I thought what better way to say thank you than a blog post! (The post will be short and less formal because we are doing some work on our house in RL so things are kinda busy here and I'm tired.)
Dress: Katatonik (Snow Bunny Dress in green) I buy a dress from her every year on my RL bday, for myself. I've wanted this dress since the day it came out!

I almost fell off my chair when Sanu (Of Sanu)sent this to me. I have wanted this set from her store since the day it came out but could never afford it. I LOVE IT. Now, I've never been a big fan of fishnet stockings....until now. Annyka Bekkers, of Blowpop, just released these beautiful fishnet stockings! These are hands down the best fishnet stockings I have ever seen. They are all hand drawn,the seams are well....non-existent, the shading is to die for and the colours are just beautiful! They come in 12 different colours, I think I've shown them all, and in two different styles: Thigh High and Tights. Which also come in ripped and non-ripped and lace thigh Highs or plain thigh highs. And, also, they all have a 'vintage seam' version, which is a seam up the back of the leg. (personal favourite)

So, Fall is finally here and I'm super excited. I LOVE this time of year, the weather, the colours, the halloween decor! Love it! So, naturally, I've decorated my home with some new halloween goodies from FD Decor!

First up, I've got a sneak peek at an upcoming Lucky Chair item! It's got several poses to choose from, it's low prim and a must for anyone who loves Halloween as much as I do!

Now, the next few items are not free but all are at low prices and most of them are low prim. The pumpkin pictured below can be found either in the Halloween section or by the door. (the table is from -Milk Hall- Fairs Attic: -MHFA-)

This next item is something I've put in my small forest, it seats four and you can switch between the fire being "on" or "off", lots of poses AND if you click on the rocks around the fire it will give you a stick with a marshmallow on it so you can have tasty roasted marshmallows! AND! Yes, and...it's only 7prims! It does not get any better than that....

Now, I know not everyone is into rats but I happen to love them. I've got two little baby boy rats in RL so when I was browsing around FD Decor and saw these little babies I bought a pack. They are each one prim and all but one have a squeaking sound to them. The one in the very back of the picture that looks like it's laying down is a dead one but...I prefer to think of it as sleeping...soundly. There are also some that move around the floor also with the squeaking sound, those are sold separately.

And what is a modern haunted house without a static ridden television? This little gem is low prim, inexpensive and scripted so you can turn it off. Love it.Halloween is not complete without the Cauldron! Everyone needs one! This particular one comes in two colours, red and green,which are sold separately.They're also sold in two different versions, scripted and non-scripted. The scripted version gives you the stirring stick and the non-scripted has the stick already in the cauldron for decor purposes. (yes my dress is flame retardant. Dress is from Evie's Closet, her latest release and the hair is from House Of Munster.)

And something extra! This adorable little Wicked Witch bunny can be found at Sanu in the Lucky Chair! Also, the hair I have on is one of her latest releases.

I meant to get this post out sooner but I had some surgery to get my wisdom teeth cut out that went bad....so now I'm dealing with a bad infection. So, this post will be short. (Excuse the poor picture quality. I changed viewers and now the 'saved' pictures are not saving right. I'm working on it.)

I've got two stores to show a few things from, the first is a store called Puddles which sells acessories: shoes, purses, belts, scarves and bracelets. Right now there is a 5L sale going on, everything in the store is marked down to 5L! However, the things I am showing you here is actually a small preview as to what is going to be released soon. Currently there are only shoes and purses in the store. The first item up is one of the scarves that will be sold starting next week, hopefully Wednesday. I got a few other colours but the Chocolate colour was my favourite. (btw the scarf has little silver studs in the middle of it but for some reason they are not showing on this pic.)

In this next picture I've picked one of the belts I've got and one of the bangles I picked up. Now, I am honestly not one to wear any accessories such as these but I've actually been wearing these a lot lately. The Belt will sell for 100L and the bangle will sell for 50L. That's not bad!

Now the next two pictures and their outfits are primarily from a little store that actually just re-opened called Indie Rose. A friend of mine introduced me to this store right before it closed down a while back. I was really glad to hear that it's been opened up again! The dress on the left is a group gift from the store. Join the group and check notices! Be sure to stay in though, she often sends out gifties! There is also a pair of super cute ankle boots in there (not shown and to be blogged at a later date) and a skin! The outfit on the right can be found in the store and are very inexpensive! Perfect if you're on a budget. Shirt comes in many different textures and the pants come in different colours. Each sold separately. Both pairs of shoes and bag are from Puddles.

These next two dresses can be found at Indie Rose toward the back of the store. They were really inexpensive! I don't normally like to wear empire waist dresses but I really like these. The skin I'm wearing is also from Indie Rose.
All the hair is from House of Munster which has now closed. When/if she opens another shop I'll let you know.

Just a quick post! One of my Favourite hair stores, House of Munster, is closing for a while and naturally there was a goodbye party! What does that mean? It means a lot of crazy dancing and special edition hair!

Lolli put out a special version of her hair style "OMFG" for anyone to grab until the sim is gone! So I've taken some pictures of it and provided a link to the sim so you can grab this dollarbie! AND there is a hair sale!!!!! So what are you waiting for?!

Well guys, it's that time of the month at Ohana Isle! Yes, another hunt, and this time it's to celebrate their 2year anniversary!!! So, naturally, I have some goodies for you! I'm going to make this short since I have so many things to show and so you get get to hunting faster. Also these are only a handful of the items you can find, there are many more!

What you do is you TP to the sim, grab the hunt hud and get to hunting! The hud will help you keep track of the items you have found so that you don't miss any. Here is the flyer!

Ok! It's FINALLY done! This post took me forever but I really liked doing it. I'm sooo sorry it took so long to get out but RL happened with some un-expected visitors and such. Anywho, this post is entirely on a store called "Accessories by Eolande", Eolande Elvehjem has some fantastic things out in her store, so thanks to a friend of mine, Fallacy DeCuir, at FD Decor, I decided to do this feature. Now, I've known about the store for a long time and have always admired the work Eolande does and the great care she takes to do these pieces. I picked a few things that I really liked, to show you guys! (more details on items under pics)

First up is a set called Peacock, the set includes all that is shown below. You can buy the pieces separately or in the fat-pack! The jewels, and purse change colour by clicking them and choosing from the drop down menu. -note: you can get this set in her special edition "Aurora Borealis" metal colour from the Rewards system which I will explain at the end of the blog-

This particular piece is one you can purchase to go with this particular hair style! The piece is called Peacock Headdress for the hair style called "Sofia" from ETD. I adore this set. -note: not part of the Rewards System-

Up next we have one called "Cascade", the set includes what is shown below, and again, can be bought separately or in a pack. As well as gem colour change!

This particular hair piece is part of the Cascade family for the Calla hairstyle called "Ash" which you will also find in the store next to the piece. It is already made to fit the hair straight out of the vendor! Perfect for any evening out or an enchanted evening with that special someone! Can it get any better?!

Now, this next piece, called Jeweled Ornament, does not have the gem change option but you don't need it! It's beautiful just how it is! I love this piece, reminds me of a warm Arabian evening. These you can get from the Rewards System in the store which I will explain at the end of the blog. There is also an Aurora Borealis version available (not shown).

I love love love this one! I'm a sucker for anything that reminds me of Christmas. Although this set is called "Elvehjem Star", it reminds me of snow flakes! I love it! The set you can again buy separately or in a pack and it comes in several metal mediums as well as gem colour change options. I've been using this set with my elven avatar. It's absolutely beautiful!

Hair flowers!!! I love Hibiscus flowers, and since I wear a lot of simwear and vintage swimwear these go perfectly with my style! The colours I have shown are not all of the colours available and each colour comes with a large version of the flower and a smaller version of the slower

I love random vendors, it's like Christmas presents to yourself!!! How it works is you pay 50L and you get a random earring set! These are the three I won. Left to right:Peridot , Opal, Garnet. I fell in love with the Opal set, my real life birthstone is Opal and I have never seen such a perfectly done Opal texture in SL until now! -note: On the side of the store there are more random vendors with everything from Legwarmers to Sushi rolls for your mouth!-

Summer shoes!!!! I love sandals, I'm such a sucker for them. I've been looking all over the grid of some interesting sandals for the summer and I found 'em! You can find these Cabochon sandals in store for purchase or you can get other versions of the White pair (pictured bottom right) in the Rewards system! Again, they both have the gem colour change options!

Rewards System: How it works is you get the hud (oL) from the store entrance on the left as you walk in. As you purchase things from in the store (while wearing your hud) it will add up points that you can use to spend on the special Reward System items.

Soooo, I guess I should explain why there have been no posts. Sad to say but on fourth of July my main computer's logic board went out so it's been in the mac hospital since Monday. *sigh* I should have it back by Saturday, if so I will have a new post up shortly after!

I had really hoped to have a special fourth of July post.....le sad face x2

Oh well, I will be back to blogging soon. Although I do have another computer it's not able to run SL so I can't really get online. I hope everyone had a safe holiday. -Andel

Ok.....another short post.

So, Sugar Mill, O-Magine HomeWorks, and MudHoney have teamed up and cut everything on the O-Magine HomeWorks Sim to half price! So that means all of the poses from Sugar Mill on the sim are marked half off, all of the O-Magine homes are marked to half off AND all of the funiture sets from MudHoney are half off! But you better hurry because it's ONLY for this weekend!

I went around, since RFL sucked me dry, and took some pictures of a few things on sale. Some of my favourite things I came across.This house is one that I came across first. The rooms are big, the textures are beautiful and the layout is awesome, I love it and it's only 625L!!!

I went around and looked at some of the furniture from MudHoney but this set sort of stuck out at me. I'm very big on retro, well retro anything, so I thought this was perfect to blog. Love it and it's a steal at 620L for the entire set!

I walked around some more and came across one of my favourite builds on the entire sim! I love this build, it's perfect for beach hangouts and such and it's only 250L!!

As I walked in I immediately noticed this L couch. I absolutely LOVE L shaped couches!!! I love the textures, I love the colours, I just love the set aaaand it's only a portion of the entire set! The set consists of everything in that particular building and the ENTIRE furniture set is only 770L!!
As you walk around the sim you will notice Sugar Mill has posters of some poses that are for sale on the sim, the two that I show you are only 88L and soooo adorable! I got my SL sister, Lyanis Sin who own Lya Shoes, to pose with me! She's so adorable.

So, I guess to be honest I'm not in the best of moods. I'm kinda upset about Michael Jackson dying, but on the up side I have shoes for you. So, let's get started.

I was super bored last night and I couldn't sleep so I started to browse SLX for random things. I'm sooo glad I did because found my new favourite shoes!
And here they are! And you too can have them for a low down payment of, dun dun duuun, ZERO lindens right here! Seriously, I love them.

When I found those I immediately wanted to see what else I could find and oh my day-um I found some more adorable ones! Not free but super cheap. 50L for 5! They come in all the styles that I've put in the awkwardly spaced picture below.
And, now for the sad part of the post. I'm a big fan of Michael Jackson so when I heard the news today I got pretty sad, still am. So in honour of him, the magnificent preformer, singer and musical influence I've gotten two shirts and a pack of poses for you guys to grab up. They cost you nothing but, I believe I speak for many when I say this, please remember him for how he changed musical history forever.

Just a quick post. I've been fighting with my computer and it's annoying habit of saying "omg update me before I keel yoooou!" , and always at the worst times. So, this post has been delayed until now. BUT I have prevailed, and updated, so here it is.

The lovely Annyka, from Blowpop skins, dropped this lovely folder onto me of beautiful skins she just released. She knows I'm obsessed with her Elizabeth line, so I've decided to show you them in all 4 tones of this particular skin line. There are four tones and they each come with the same makeup options in all tones.

More RFL goodies, plus some others!

So, I decided that I wanted to have one more post with some RFL: Relay For Life Fantasy Fair items and a few other goodies and since purple is the designated colour for cancer awareness I wanted to show you some purple gowns that I've come across. I'm sorry the post is a bit short and to the point but I'm just not feeling up to par right now, allergies are terrible for me right now!

The first two are from the Evie's Closet booth at the RFL Fantasy Fair. They are both 500L and all the proceeds go to the foundation.---The first gown, called Saiyge, comes with all the clothing items you see in the pictures. I've added in a picture of the flower wreath that is also included and a bit of the detailing on the chest and sleeves.

Th second gown at the Evie's Closet booth has up for sale in the RFL vendor is called Aventine. It comes with both versions that I've shown in the pictures. Beautifully done!

Up next are some gowns from a brand new store called Mystic Sky. I fluttered in there today to see what the owner, Skyler John, had up for sale and ended up staying for a while. She has some beautiful gowns for sale and one that is a lucky chair gift! So if you can't afford the first two from the fair or if you miss them Mystic Sky is a perfect place to stop into!

First up is the lucky chair gift called Ella, it comes with everything you see in the picture! The textures are absolutely stunning, and the way it moves is just beautiful! The chair changes every 10 minutes, and while you're waiting be sure to grab the gift on the table in the middle of the shop. It has a floral wreath for your hair that matches the gown in the lucky chair!

The gown comes with the cloak as well, and if you don't want to wait for the chair you can purchase it on the back wall and to the left for $450L.

While I was there I picked up two more gowns that I thought were pretty, and they are of course, purple. The first one is called Mirabelle, you can wear it with or without the cloak and wear the full ballgown skirt or the smaller, slimmer skirt version. I love the bold colours! Both are $450L but they are totally worth it!

This next one is called Cherish. I absolutely love the textures in this one, and again you can wear with or without the cloak.

Be sure to stop into her store and hit her subscribo! When she hits 100 members there will be a special edition colour of one of the gowns sent out! I can't stress enough how beautiful her textures are, for someone who's just started out in the clothing business she's on a roll. I can't wait to see what she comes out with next.

RFL: Fantasy Fair!

I meant to do this post sooner but RL happened and I wasn't able too until now. After fighting photoshop I'm finally able to post. I'm sorry the pictures are not that good but I'm tired of fighting PS today.

Anywho, I decided a few days ago to run around the RFL Fantasy Fair and buy up some goodies from the vendors. I know a lot of people will be covering the freebies but I wanted to showcase the things that were not free. After all, it is a fund raiser. This RFL Fair is a big deal to me, I lost someone very close to me recently to cancer and part of it was because they didn't know enough to catch some signs that this person was dying from it. So, when I see something that is raising money to help cover the costs of research, I am all over it. The least I could do is shell out some lindens, so much so I'm now down to 1L, but it was totally worth it!

So first up I have some items that I found at the [TRAP] booth. I've had these purple pants in my inventory for a long time now and I absolutely love them so when I saw this item (top right) I squealed! Along with the pants Selos Dae (owner of Trap) also put out a new Hakama that has a female and male version inside. They are both very detailed and beautifully done.

Next to the [TRAP] booth was Ghani's of +++Blue Blood+++ whom I also work for. She has two outfits up for grabs that I previously blogged for her. I'm only showing one but I'm also including the link to her blog so that you can view the other item she has up that is or men and her auction item. +++Blue Blood+++ Blog. The item I am wearing in the picture is the RFL item she has for sale for women and is 300L. Also on the table by me is the freebie dress she has put out.

On the same sim I also found these really neat black pumps in the Unique Needs booth and bought them immediately. I think they were around 350L but worth every penny. They come with a version with ammo and without ammo on the sides.

Up next is are two really cute fairy/ fae outfits that I picked up the from *+. RP .+*　Rose Princess booth. Each comes with three skirt options, flower hair piece, wings, chest piece and clothing layers. They each cost 150 in the RFL vendor boards in the two colours I show you here.

To go along with my new fairy/fae outfits I came across this little gem. It cost I think about 100L in the RFL vendor from :KAMI-HITOE: booth. I thought it was just adorable. It actually has two sit options, I only show one but the other one is on top of the bottles cap. Note: The pose in the bottle is animated.

In the same sim that I found the fairy/fae jar I also stumbled across this beautiful mermaid tail/outfit from the Atargatis booth! The creator,Cheran Snook, designed it around one of my most favourite pictures of Calypso so I nabbed it as soon as I saw it! It comes with the pose in the vendor picture, the scales in layers, hair/kelp, AO, tail, spine fin and ears. The skin was a gift from the creator. So far I'm the only one who's bought it though, that shocked me honestly. When the RFL Fair is over, which is the 21st, this mermaid tail will be gone.

That's it for my RFL Fantasy Fair items so I hope that gives you an idea of the items you might find at the fair. And remember, ALL of the proceeds from the RFL vendor items and the auctions will go directly to the RFL: Relay for Life fund so get your butts down there and spend some lindens for a good cause!

On a side note I wanted to include some skins that a friend of mine makes. I'm a lover of Curio skins but I absolutely adore Annyka Bekkers skins from Blowpop Skins. So I've decided to include some from her group gift and some from her sale she has going on right now. The first two are a preview gift of her upcoming skin line she gave to her group members. I've only shown one tone from each of the skin gifts.

The next set is some skins that you can find in her current 60% off sale going on in her store. Each skin is currently 400L each and 1600 for a fatpack. Which is a super deal in my opinion. The skins are from her Ava line. All of her skins beautifully done and have tremendous detail. My pictures don't do her skins justice....seriously.

The hair piece in all of the skin pictures is from *+. RP .+*　Rose Princess. I got them at the RFL booth. They are not RFL items.

Home Decor Goodies!

Well, I've been sick all day so I've had some down time today so I thought I'd make a new blog post on some home decor that I've found recently. While I do like to cover full priced items as well the items in this post are mainly free. First up is this wonderful book case that I found the other day at Fantastic Furniture & Dream homes ,it comes with the candles, the book set at the bottom and the adorable little bonsai tree! While I was there I decided to look around and what did I find? Another gift! It's their "Greatest Love: OMG it's another hunt" grid wide hunt gift, in it you will find the wonderful multi-pose chair. I got two of them so I could show you the two different options, if you click the bottom portion of the chair the little ottoman will pop out!

Also pictured is one of many beautiful windows you can purchase for free at Gura-Yu's place. They are all free and all of them are beautiful pictures of Japan, be sure to look around the area of the vendor location, you will find some other goodies that I've not posted.

I love fish, I really do but I just don't have the time in RL to clean their tanks a lot so when I saw this next item I imediatly snatched it up. This little fish tank is something I picked up in the same sim as the Japanese windows at a little store called [Yoneya]. It's free but be sure to look around his place as well, the creator has some beautiful garden decor that I might blog some day soon and the prices are wonderful. I've set up my little fishy home next to my wonderful L shaped couch. I LOVE L shaped couches but sadly I can't have one in real life due to lack of space so a wonderful friend of mine, Leaf SpiritWeaver who owns Persnickity Treats (which I don't have the LM too right now since they had to move), gave me this beautiful couch. It has a bazillion pose options as well as a bazillion colour options. I think it seats at least 7 people, which is nice if you have people over as much as I do! It sells for $300L at Boomerang Modern Furniture store, and it's worth every Linden.

Since I'm also a fan of rugs I've decided to also include one of my favourite texture change rugs from Ceawlin Creations , it has tons of different beautiful texture options. The owner, Liandra Ceawlin, is a very close friend of mine who makes all sorts of items for free. Mainly scripts and things for builders but there are a few odds and ends in her shop as well. All things are free in her shop.

And last, but not least, I bring to you this Painters Easel! It's absolutely adorable. You can find it in a Midnight Mania board that frequently gets locked down early from {LEF} Lya's Eclectic Furniture so be sure to go slap it early! Its' too cute to pass up.

Ok, I lied my first real blog post came sooner than expected....

So, Loring Halsey just sent out a notice to the group about her newest addition to her re-opened :::Lazolli , which is now Lazolli:::L'oring, skin store. For all your Lady Gaga fans out there, this is a buy that is worth the lindens. Although the skin has a hefty price tag of $2500L it's for sure one of the best Lady GaGa skins and shapes I've seen in SL.

I met up with Loring shortly after the notice and attempted to take some pictures but sadly SL was just not letting me, so she sent me a picture that she had just taken, so sweet of her. I've uploaded that picture with a little photoshoped border but the picture is basically straight from the grid. And if you don't have the lindens to spare she also has a freebie in store! She's set out a beautiful golden skin called Linda for everyone. It's stunning and perfect for your beach outings! So what are you waiting for? Get down to her store! -Andel

So, after doing a little blogging for Ghani from +++Blue Blood+++ I've also decided to start up my own blog. I know there are sooo many blogs out there that showcase fashion but I don't see many that showcase furniture, homes/skyboxes, sims, etc, so I've decided to do just that. There will however be some fashion since I find a lot of things that don't get blogged and I will not only showcase freebies but full priced and sale items as well. And yes, I will blog my friends things because they deserve some coverage too. Hopefully I'll have a new post tonight or tomorrow, depends on how RL goes. Oh, and the ADD in the name is becauuse I'm ADD.
